Calculate projected interest (sub-account)

post https://{domain}/api/sub-account/loans/{loanId}/interest/calculate/{fiatAmount}

This API is used to calculate the projected interest for redraw for the remaining terms of the loan. For example, if the loan has only 30 days left, it will return the interest for 30 days based on the redraw amount.
